What is a Village Park?

A Village Park is a Global Capability Centre (GCC), or AI Hub, designed for rapid deployment in rural or semi-urban areas. It acts as the operational engine for remote AI projects and back-office support, delivering work channeled through a global network. We manage the entire operational loop:

Hire: We recruit local talent specifically for AI-driven jobs and back-office roles.
Train: We upskill employees to execute complex AI support tasks.
Acquire: We source and secure commercial AI projects.
Deliver: We manage the execution and delivery directly from the village hub.

Financial Structure

A 5% B.O.T Fee, an AI Hub for You

To establish a Village Park, the total project value requires an INR 10 Million (~100k USD) capital pool. As the Project Owner, your only upfront commitment is the B.O.T fee, set at 5% of the total project scale. For an INR 10 Million facility, this means your B.O.T fee is INR 0.5 Million (~5k USD).

We incorporate a dedicated Private Limited Company for your Village Park. The INR 10 Million is pooled from investors at a share premium based on fair market value. You secure your Founder equity and the Chair title simply by initiating the project. E-Starel Distribution Private Limited takes a 20% equity stake, providing the property for the hub.

Talrop is the strategic B.O.T partner that designs, builds, establishes, operates, and transfers a fully functional, self-sustaining asset back to you.
