Project Manager
Role description :
Project Manager at Talrop will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing technology projects within the organization. You will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects on time, within scope and with high quality. Your strong project management skills, leadership qualities and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving the successful delivery of projects.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent field.
PMP certification is a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Responsibilities :
Define project scope, goals and deliverables
in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources and budget estimations.
Lead project execution, ensuring tasks are assigned and project
milestones are met. Monitor progress, manage risks and address issues to keep projects on track.
Allocate and manage project resources, including team members and external vendors, to ensure efficient project delivery.
Facilitate effective communication among
team members, stakeholders and senior management. Provide regular project updates and reports to keep all stakeholders informed.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize
project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality standards and adhere to best practices.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are delivered within approved budget limits.
Prepare and present project status reports,
progress updates and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct project evaluations, gather feedback and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Skills Required :
In-depth understanding of project management
methodologies, tools and processes.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to lead and motivate
cross-functional project teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective
collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks
and meet project deadlines.
Ability to make informed and timely decisions to keep projects on track
and resolve challenges.
Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and
manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
