HR Intern
Role description :
HR Intern at Talrop provides valuable support in carrying out day-to-day operations and functions of the HR department. Candidate will also be responsible for the administrative tasks in the HR department, including updating employee records, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. They also assist in payroll, recruiting and employee development, supporting HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration or any degree.
Familiarity with basic HR software, Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Support the recruitment process by assisting in candidate sourcing, screening resumes
and coordinating interviews.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork and
participating in orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance etc.
Assist in communicating HR policies to employees and addressing basic
policy related queries.
Skills Required :
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee records and documentation.
Ability to work well in a team, collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work culture.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities within the HR function.
Understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality in handling employee information.
