Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive at Talrop, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and building strong relationships with educational institutions and key stakeholders across Kerala. You will be responsible for promoting Talrop’s solutions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories. Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, schools, and colleges.
Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate Talrop’s products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide feedback to help tailor our offerings and strategies.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
Customer Engagement: Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market information. Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in educational or institutional sales.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Knowledge: Familiarity with educational products and solutions is a plus. Understanding of the local market and institutional sales dynamics in Kerala.
Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala.
