Digital Strategist
Role description :
As a Digital Strategist at Talrop, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to achieve organisational goals and enhance online presence. You will collaborate with various teams to analyse market trends, identify target audiences, and devise innovative digital campaigns. Your role will involve leveraging digital platforms, such as social media, websites, and email, to optimize brand visibility, engagement and conversion rates.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive traffic,
engagement and conversions across multiple digital channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, email, search engines and mobile apps.
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform strategy development
and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product
development and creative to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and
objectives.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g.,
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to maximise ROI.
Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and
measure performance metrics, analyse user behaviour, and identify opportunities for
improvement.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase
website traffic and enhance online visibility.
Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives related to digital marketing and provide
strategic guidance and support to internal teams.
Skills required :
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and technologies, including
SEM, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as experience
with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and
LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make
data-driven decisions to optimise performance and drive results.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and communicate compelling digital
marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Strategist, Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
