Role description :
The Business Development Associate - Franchise Meeting Coordinator at Talrop is a vital role within our organization, focused on facilitating the growth of our business through franchise expansion. This role entails coordinating franchise meetings, managing sales operations, pitching our business model and actively engaging in cold calling. The primary objective is to drive business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential franchise partners.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development or a similar position is an advantage.
Responsibilities :
Handle logistics and operations for events, ensuring proper venue setup, managing registrations and overseeing technical requirements.
Coordinating sessions and activities during events, working closely with speakers and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Follow up on leads generated, reaching out to potential clients and engaging in sales activities.
Engage in extensive networking, connecting with industry professionals and gathering market intelligence.
Provide regular reports to senior management, including information on leads, sales
conversions and the impact of events on business objectives.
Skills Required :
Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage interactions, maintaining a database of contacts and
monitoring lead progress.
Ability to sell products or services, conduct negotiations and build partnerships.
Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
