Undertaking transformative community programs geared to strengthen the ecosystem. Talrop has overseen multiple community programs that bolster community & ecosystem development. Talrop's community programs are goal-oriented, impactful, and influential - driving holistic advancements for ecosystems.

MissionAttappadi

Talrop aims to transform Attappadi into a hub for tourism, agriculture, IT, and e-commerce, teeming with IT talent and commercial infrastructure. Leveraging the resource pool of three communities and 192 ooru in Attappadi, Talrop is stimulating socio-economic development by training manpower, building infrastructure, and fully utilizing the beautiful land. In 2021, as part of Phase I, Talrop and an NGO established a mini IT Park in Attappadi, training local students. By 2023, six of them joined Talrop as Software Engineers. As part of Phase II, a second group of 400 students is currently undergoing training through the mini IT Park.

Mission eKerala is building a smart society capable of leveraging digital tools to initiate technologically advanced enterprises. Over a 1000 events have been conducted around Kerala to this end, and the effort is ongoing.

An OTT platform working to educate, inform, and uplift the community by offering free courses in different areas of interest. Democratising the access to knowledge and the space to learn.
TheFemme.org
The community of Talrop’s women formed to boost self-sufficiency, eradicate social restrictions, and assist in the improvement of quality of life. Empowering change in the everyday for every extraordinary woman.
Task Force
Promoting part-time culture on campuses by sharing task-based job opportunities for college students. Building skills and independence through educational employment.
One Creator from One Ward
Transforming Kerala from a consumer state to a creative state through a comprehensive five-year program that aims to empower around 20,000 students from every Gram Panchayat Ward, Municipality Ward and Corporation Ward. By facilitating self-directed learning, the program aspires to elevate students to self-initiated creators with critical thinking skills.
RISA
This initiative empowers India’s youth by bridging the gap between academia and industry. RISA equips students with real-world skills by offering them internships, workshops, and seminars.
100% Digital Financial Literacy
This initiative seeks to bridge the digital divide, ensuring that everyone, regardless of age or background, has the knowledge and tools to manage their finances effectively in a digital world.
Pink Coders
Offering free online technology education to one girl in each ward across Kerala, empowering them with digital skills and coding knowledge.
